Galena Pack Story
Continued...
In April
2003, a ranch caretaker noticed five wolf pups under a tree on a ridge,
that overlooked the Sawtooth Mountains to the west, and the Sawtooth
Valley below. Wolf B107, perhaps because she was a first-time mother, had
not dug a den, but had her pups in the open. In May, BWCC led a field trip
to learn about the Galena Pack. See our outings archives:
